Why take out a subscription?

With a subscription you can look forward to receiving your favourite magazine through your door every month, saving you the time and trouble of going to the shops to buy a copy. If you take advantage of one of our special discount offers, a subscription will also save you money compared to the normal magazine cover price. Don't forget subscriptions also make a great gift (see Gift subscriptions).

How can I order a subscription online?

Choose your magazine(s) from the magazine home page. Click the button next to the appropriate subscription offer and click 'Add to basket'. You will then be able to view 'Your Basket'. If you would like to order any further magazine subscriptions please click 'Continue shopping'. Once you have finished shopping simply click 'Checkout', where you will be asked to fill out your delivery details and method of payment.

How will my subscription be confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours. If this email hasn't arrived within 24 hours, please contact customer services on +44 ( 0)1795 414 934 (ideally with your order number), and they will be able to help you.

When will the first issue of my subscription be dispatched?

Moneywise and Money Observer are monthly publications, so delivery of your first issue may take up to 6 weeks, depending on when within the cycle you purchase your subscription. For UK subscribers, we strive to deliver your magazines before they are available to purchase in newsagents.

Please note that if you have selected to start your subscription with the current issue, this will be dispatched to you within 5 days of receipt of your order, subject to availability. If you have placed your order during the week before the third Wednesday of every month, approximately, (with the exception of December, which is a week earlier), it is likely you will receive two issues within a few days of each other.

Delivery for overseas subscribers is dependent on location and will take longer. Please contact customer services for details for your specific location.

Special edition magazines will be posted within 5 working days of purchase.

Do I have to sign for my magazine each time it is delivered?

No, your magazine will be sent through the normal post.

How do I renew my subscription?

If you have a Direct Debit subscription you do not need to take any action. However, if you originally paid for your subscription by credit card or debit card, you can renew your subscription online at any time. Simply sign in to 'My Account' in the top navigation, or if you do not have an account set up, you can register your details. If you choose not to renew online you will receive notification of the need to renew your subscription in enough time to ensure you don't miss any issues of your magazine.

How do I notify you about a change of address?

If you have changed your address during your subscription period you can amend your details online. Simply sign in, or if you do not have an account set up, you can register your details. Alternatively, you can send us an email or telephone us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Gift subscriptions

Magazine subscriptions make the ideal gift for just about anybody. To give a subscription as a gift, simply go to the individual magazine page and click 'For someone else'. When we send you the written confirmation we will include a gift card for you to send to the gift recipient so that you can add your personal touch and retain the element of surprise.

What is included in the price?

Prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable). Any discounts to the normal issue cover price will also be explained. If you pay for your subscription using any non-sterling currency, the price you pay will be dependent on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.

Direct Debits

UK customers have the option to subscribe by direct debit. Depending on the magazine, your payments will be spread into easy, manageable 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments. As Direct Debit is a continuous payment method you are in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal notices.

Is the online payment system secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.

Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside the UK?

Yes. As the magazines are despatched from the UK, higher delivery costs may apply for delivery to addresses outside the UK. These will be displayed in the price summary once you have selected the country to which you want the magazines delivered. The prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable).

What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?

Please email our customer services team or contact them using the information below. Please remember to notify our customer services team if you change address.

I haven't received my free gift?

If your subscription offer entitled you to a free gift, please note this is sent separately from your magazine and can take up to 28 days to arrive. Should you not receive your gift within 28 days please contact our helpful customer services team.

The purpose of this website is to enable magazine subscriptions to be purchased safely and securely. The regular Moneywise website can be found here: www.moneywise.co.uk and the Money Observer website can be found here: www.moneyobserver.com

I have a print subscription - how do I set up my free subscription to the digital edition?

Visit either www.moneywise.co.uk/digital or www.moneyobserver.com/digital, depending on which magazine you have subscribed to and then follow these steps:

  1. Enter your subscriber number (digits only, no letters. Your subscriber number is printed on your carrier sheet that accompanies your magazine), and create a password.
  2. Once you have registered you can access the digital edition immediately.

You can use the same login information to access the Moneywise and Money Observer Apps for your iPhone/iPad or Android devices.

I have a print subscription and I'm struggling to access my free digital subscription - who can help me?
